Split and delete ModuleController

Browse source 
- $moduleName is part of the argument string => App\Arguments
- $isBackend boolean already part of App\Mode::isBackend()
- $module is now the direct return of App\Router::getModule()
- ModuleController::run() moved to BaseModule::run()
