458981f75c Replace x() by isset(), !empty() or defaults() 
- Remove extraneous parentheses around empty() calls
- Remove duplicate calls to intval(), count() or strlen() after empty()
- Replace ternary operators outputting binary value with empty() return value
- Rewrite defaults() without x()

6be831fd32 Add link to user groups from /contact 
There was no way to get to the contact group editor from the contact overview.

Additionally the documentation about the used accesskeys was updated.
