As seems impossible (or at least not easy) to have a single Vagrantfile
with suitable configuration for different backends, this commit add two
backend-specific Vagrantfile.
It's up to the user to choose which to symlink (or copy) to `Vagranfile`
before running vagrant.
- Rename Vagrantfile to Vagrantfile.vbox
- Add Vagrantfile.libvirt
- Add libvirt specific provision script
- Add 'Vagrantfile' to gitignore
- rewrote autotest.sh and moved it to bin/dev/ as this is clearly a developer
script
- the rewrite's goal is towards Shell/POSIX-compliance (e.g. ${VAR} and not $VAR)
* renamed .htaccess to .htaccess-dist and ignored .htaccess afterwards. This
allows local changes to it without having a dirty checkout directory.

- ./vendor/ is being prepared by executing `utils/composer.phar install`, no
need to have it around
- converted .gitignore to LF line-ending (more common over the whole project)
- no need to have them around ...
