Andrew Manning	1a5dd5c87c	Updated markup language support doco. Modified parseIdentityAwareHTML BBcode parsing to support the BBcode reference which is now in /help/member/bbcode.html. zotlabs	f2bfdfdedd	provide separate logging (if configured) for btlogger which is used to catch really subtle issues which don't always leave an audit trail.
