Mike Macgirvin	f3317fccc7	change schema default because we've outgrown 16 bit channel notifyflags. We'll go to 30 bits so we can keep it unsigned without worrying about signed/unsigned conversions. We could actually go to 31 if we wanted but it took 12 years to outgrow 16 bits. We probably have room to keep this default for a few more years.	2023-01-08 10:15:31 +11:00
