Updated all 300px default profile photos to 300px. Most using the SVG source, some enlarged using the Gimp.

Changed favicon to new one (based on new Hubzilla arrow). Please revert when it's not okay. Also added a new optional default profile photo, in the same style.

Fixes regarding the new default profile photo size. The default profile photos are just renamed. People which provided the originals are invited to reproduce them in the new 300 by 300 px format.

Rainbow_man with alpha channel turns out very ugly in the directory for some hosts. Reset to rainbow_man with alpha, with alpha to rainbow_man_trans. Did the same for red_koala to be sure. You now have a red_koala_trans too.

Re-created the new png avatars in SVG and exported them directly from Inkscape to PNG. Result: super sharp.

some work on modularising the default profile photo so we can make them site selectable. Also red != friendica so we don't need all these friendica logos taking up space
