Travis CI has Doxygen 1.7. We need 1.8 to generate our API
documentation. Get a static version and use it.
Always build API Documentation, but changed Doxygen configuration to
only print out errors in the documentation generation, so these can be
reviewed.

command line connect utility.
...
Usage: util/connect uid|nick channel
uid|nick must be a local channel. The target channel can be any channel. If a nick is supplied as a target it is assumed to refer to a channel on the localhost unless @host is provided. RSS feeds and remote networks can also be connected, assuming the appropriate protocols are already enabled for the local channel. If the target channel is a non-forum on the local system and you wish bi-directional communication to be enabled you will probably need to use a second connnect command with the source and target reversed.
Examples:
util/connect bob marketing
Connects bob to the marketing channel
util/connect marketing bob
Connects the marketing channel to bob.
util/connect 6 channelone@macgirvin.com
Connects the channel with channel_id 6 to the Channel One public forum.
util/connect bob https://mysite.foo/feed.rss
Connects bob to an RSS feed if RSS feeds are allowed as connections on this site
util/connect bob jb@diasp.org
Connects bob to a diaspora account on diap.org (both the site and Bob's channel must previously have the Diaspora Protocol enabled).

Unify the various mail sending instance to enotify::send() and z_mail(). Both take the same arguments. z_mail() is text only, enotify::send() provides html and text. Both are pluggable using the enotfy_send hook.

make guest access tokens work with PERMS_NETWORK, PERMS_SITE, PERMS_PENDING, and PERMS_CONTACTS; or everything but PERMS_SPECIFIC. PERMS_SITE could be contentious, but we're currently denying them as they are a guest and don't actually have a channel on this site. We can't easily make PERMS_SPECIFIC work without providing an abook entry for the guest since we would need to set specific permissions for the guest login, but unfortunately this could be the most desirable setting to use in many cases. There is also an update of hmessages.po in this commit.

very early attempt diaspora import from diaspora export file. Currently the json export has to be gunzipped prior to uploading and we're net yet adding connections (which should come soon) and we can't import items until they add guids to the export file - so consider it a work in progress. This first attempt should create a channel and get your profile details setup providing there isn't a nickname conflict on the server. That will also be handled later.

Implement permission checking for OAuth clients using the xperm table. Currently 'all' permissions are applied to OAuth clients which gives them the same rights as the channel owner and full access to API functions as the channel owner. However, individual permissions can now be created. These mirror the permission names from the normal permission table (although it isn't required that they do so). Lack of an xp_perm entry for the specified permission and lack of an 'all' override indicates permission denied.

Example:
util/add_theme_repo https://github.com/deadsuperhero/redmatrix-themes deadsuperhero
The final argument is a nickname on this system. The repository will be placed under extend/theme/deadsuperhero and the themes from that repository linked to your redmatrix theme directory.
You can do the same with addons. We'll have to come up with some "pull" scripts to keep updated but the clever folks will already know how to do this.

Friendica photo import tool. This will bring in all your photos from the chosen Friendica account and import them into Red. Note that profile photos will also be imported, but will not be scaled for profiles, nor will they be attached to any profiles. They will appear however in your Profile Photos album. Photos that had any access restrictions in Friendica will be made private to only you. Comments and likes, captions, and tags are not transferred, only the actual photos. You will only be able to do this once. If something goes wrong but any photos were imported, a pconfig called frphotos.complete will be set and you'll have to remove it to start over. If you should remove this to start over, we also check each photo and will not over-write a photo you already brought over.

wherein I revive some of my 30+year old shell scripting skills so that we can process arbitrary api endpoints which generate arbitrary json and be able to crunch all of these on the command line. Getting the arbitrary query arguments into a form where they could be signed as part of the oauth packet was a challenge. (It still might be - I haven't tried querying any Chinese photo album names yet).

But you can now do something like

and download all the photos in your 2013 album

Turns out Linux has a shred command in /usr/bin and its purpose is to over-write files so we don't want to invoke it accidentally. So as not to cause confusion and issues we will rename ours to "shredder". Aussies are of course allowed to alias this to "shredda".

wordpress publish hook was called before the meta storage hook so the plugin would only work on edited posts. This may be a wordpress version issue because you'd think somebody would've noticed it before.

redbasic - set pixel dimensions of conversation top author photo and reply author photos. Hint: if you set these to something like 64px and 32px respectively and reduce the main font-size to say 0.9em, young people won't complain as much about the "ugly dated UI". You see they're used to companies squeezing every pixel out of the screen (more room for advertising) and they don't yet have bad eyes so they can still read teeny stuff. Big fonts and pictures are for old folks that need glasses and make young people complain about the "dated" interface. It's a sure sign that you're going to find old folks here and not many young adults or teens. What's missing at the moment is that if you shrink these photos, the "item-photo-menu" arrow is no longer in the bottom corner of the picture, but might be outside the photo. Will have to see if there's a way to dynamically position this based on the size.

add -C cfgfile option to shred to allow multiple configurations. I just added the option for multiple configs, I didn't make it work as it requires quite a bit of change to the shred program flow; which tries to load the default config before doing anything at all.

more debugging on localize_item top find out why likes are not translated in notifications, but are in displayed posts (using 'new' on matrix page) - in one case we're successfully pulling stuff from item['object'] and in the other we aren't - and it's the same object.

move sitekey creation to the account creation function instead of during channel creation. Channel import bypassed sitekey creation completely. We should do it during install, but it's possible somebody might have to install manually and the sitekey would never get created. This is the best compromise I can come up with. Looks like the doc tree was also updated in this checkin
