some backend work for the remaining missing bits of mod_hubman - this is still a fair ways from being complete and is not ready for prime time. Basically we'll let a channel send out a public message saying "these are my currently approved locations" and anything that isn't in the list will be marked deleted. We'll send out this message when locations change somehow - either through direct personal involvement (hub revoke, change primary, channel import) or during a system rename or "find bad/obsolete hublocs" activity. This way we won't have clones sending back location info we just got rid of and re-importing the bad entries.

for webpages, hide the mimetype selector unless in advanced mode. For pages that endless scroll and show blocky-block things, set the default items-per-page to 60. Why? It fits column-widths of 2,3,4,5,6,10,12,15, and 20 without leaving remaindered items dangling at the end. No other setting less than 100 has this much versatility.

provide a config option to prevent wall uploads (photos and files) from being set to the same ACL as the containing post, and instead are uploaded with public visibility (no ACL). This is to prevent folks on other networks from seeing prohibited signs for things uploaded into a private conversation. It is primarily useful when posting to collections that have mixed folks from red and other networks and an otherwise public (typical) profile. Consequently, these uploads will match your chosen default visibility for photos and storage and not that of the containing conversation item (and is only useful if the default visibility is public). This choice must be explained adequately because it represents a complex series of tradeoffs and side effects. It will reduce complaints from other networks about blocked content, but essentially forces you to use another method (dav or the photos page) if you wish to upload protected files/media.

If you have a new channel (or a new hub searching for an old channel)

which uses an xchan_url other than channel or profile, chanview will
fail to find $a->poi and fail as there is no way to import the xchan.
Instead of giving up and presenting an error, we'll send you to the
requested URL anyway. If we send you with a Zid, there's a good
chance you'll authenticate because xchans are like glitter - once you've
got one, they get everywhere, and there's a good chance you'll know
*somebody* at the hub.

pkcs1 to pkcs8 key conversion - this is a lot easier than parsing ASN.1 DER formats and rebuilding the darn things like we used to do. Check for illegal hex encoded album names in mod/photo so we don't throw php errors. Don't know where they come from but we get a lot of them.

Friendica photo import tool. This will bring in all your photos from the chosen Friendica account and import them into Red. Note that profile photos will also be imported, but will not be scaled for profiles, nor will they be attached to any profiles. They will appear however in your Profile Photos album. Photos that had any access restrictions in Friendica will be made private to only you. Comments and likes, captions, and tags are not transferred, only the actual photos. You will only be able to do this once. If something goes wrong but any photos were imported, a pconfig called frphotos.complete will be set and you'll have to remove it to start over. If you should remove this to start over, we also check each photo and will not over-write a photo you already brought over.

block channel removal for 48 hours after changing the account password, since the password is required to remove a channel. Somebody looking at an open session on somebody else's computer can simply change the password and then proceed to maliciously remove the channel. This change gives the owner 2 days to discover that something is wrong and recover his/her password and potentially save their channel from getting erased by the vandal. This is most likely to happen if a relationship has gone bad, or something incriminating was found in your private messages when you left your computer briefly unattended.

Set backlink to the parent folder, not cloud's root.

If you edit a file and click on the backlink you always returned to
the root folder of your cloud. This patch sets the correct parent
folder as backlink.
Bit messy, but looks like it works.

This assumes that private posts are still restricted to people in
your addressbook. Regardless of your global permissions, a
pending channel won't get private posts, even if the post
only has a deny clause not matching the pending channel.

don't provide a second (actually third counting the navbar) search box on the search page if you've got saved searches turned on. This should solve some problems with duplicate html id's (and save wasn't working anyway). If you don't have saved search ability (which will provide a saved search widget in the sidebar), provide a simple search box in the main content region but without save ability.

add randprof app and do away with the universally hated chanview-iframe mode. It's gone. Please do not try and bring it back. We are not Diaspora and we have no desire to be like them. ("And they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same"). Our profiles do not have to look the same and they won't anyway. We don't have to sugar coat the fact that some of the content in the matrix doesn't look like the rest of the content in the matrix.

Better handling of restricted /channel and /profile permissions. We will show the name, profile photo and a 'connect' button if appropriate on these pages regardless of permissions. A blank page makes it difficult for folks to figure out how to connect and if it is their real life friend 'x' or not. It also matches our overall policy (adopted from Facebook's lessons learned) that the channel name and default profile photo are always visible and can't really be blocked without messing up the usability of the entire network. This also makes sure that a connect button can be found somewhere besides the directory - where the entry could be blocked; and avoid somebody having to figure out the webbie and find the link to "follow" (another related issue).

Include the entire original item when notifying other channels of deletions as it contains important routing and scope information. Previously we were only sending a couple of critical fields like the message-id, flags, and creation date. The thinking was that it is deleted, let's not resend the deleted contents anywhere. But in order to route this through the same path the original post took we really need the entire original post with all of its baggage attached.

this should be better - "xchan deleted" state on remote sites only follows the xchan_flags and not the channel_pageflags; XCHAN_FLAGS_DELETED should only be set if the channel is to be removed from the entire network. As mentioned in a previous commit, channel_pageflags could be set to PAGE_REMOVED but still leave living clones on other sites.

a bit more work towards issue #395 - cleaning up some cases which were going to the url directly and which weren't going through chanview. Also worth noting - mentions in posts do not go through chanview. Perhaps it is time to kill chanview (except we then cannot implemented a "connected" or "connect" button since we don't have any control over the landing page). For the time being I'm just trying to trap as many of the "visit URL" links as possible and sending them to a common place. Then we can figure out how that common place should behave.

use parent_mid in the parent query for enotify instead of of the parent id. This should fix the issue with encrypted content in the notification messages (for locally posted replies). The fix was a bit harder than anticipated because we store the parent id as an int in the notify table so this had to be modified to char storage as well.

Hope I have repaired the channel admin page.
...
Channel blocking and deleting was copied from user actions. This was not
done to an end. Hope what I do is enough to enable channel blocking and
deleting the correct way.
On deletion all entities that belong to the channel are deleted. But the
channel itself is just marked as deleted. Do not really understand why
it is done this way.

this makes rpost to another channel work somewhat - but there are issues, since the ACL will belong to the wrong channel. Leaving disabled for now. I don't know that we can solve all the issues without a different design so this may end up in a plugin for those who are willing to put up with the shortcomings.

firehose fixes and optimisations. In particular get rid of the unresponsive script warning when trying to load updates (sine they aren't our posts, we can't check for unseen, hence we can't really load updates). Also make the url selection pluggable.
