* Comment file for review-ability
* Add BOLD and UNDERLINE options
* Select most readable colours out of LIGHT/DARK options
* Provide empty variables for `set -u`
* Deprecate unnecessary variables
* Correct colours for TICK/CROSS/DONE
* Escape r twice and add ESC to OVER
