* Explain DH param download in greater detail
- Change default from "no" to "yes," since it's perfectly safe more 99%
of users
- Be a bit more specific about what "a long time" means
- Provide a bit of information about the service
- Provide a link to read more about the server
* Revert to defaulting no to downloading DH params

Fetch random DH params from the last 128 generated by 2ton.com.au. This
will reduce the likelihood that multiple installs in short period of
time will share the same DH params.

When connecting with Tunnelblick client I received following error:
TLS_ERROR: BIO read tls_read_plaintext error: error:140760FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:unknown protocol
TLS Error: TLS object -> incoming plaintext read error
TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
To fix the problem the same tls-version-min directive used in server configuration has to be added to the client config.

Don't get CN list by counting columns as it is wholly unreliable.
...
If user had space in some cert fields, like city was "Fort Worth"
the current way would have fell apart.
This fixes these issues in 'pivpn list' and hence 'pivpn revoke'
